Red Shell Jewelry was founded in 1972 by John & Sylvia Hornbek. The brand started operating originally from in their hogan, then eventually from their barn, and now at their store right on the historic Route 66. Red Shell Jewelry prides themselves in their high quality handmade Native American jewelry and crafts. John & Sylvia Hornbek also hand make and designs their own jewelry pieces which are available on the website.
